BEWARE OF U-HAUL READ THIS

On Aug 2nd,2002 we Rented a U-Haul Truck from Benson ,Az to Alamogordo, from the get go the Truck had a Knock and high pitched noise,the man said it's been checked, well we made it to Separ,NM not even 100 Miles the fan belt had broke we Spent 6 hours in Total darkness with a Autisic Child and the Family dog,then they Finally sent someone who didn't have the belt,we we put up at the Super 8 in Deming. the next day they delivered the truck at 11:35,with the SAME noises,when we Complained we were told that Bryan in El Paso,Tx said if the Truck made it around the Lot, then F#$K-IT let them go, 1 Hour Later the Truck Exploded under the hood, that's when they forgot to tell us that they had (broken the Temp sending unit) well the Same were stuck again, this time right next to the Prison outside Las Cruces,NM, the engine blew at 65 mph and filled the cab with oil and the (new) red anti-freeze,well I had the ole lady take my son and go and call the repair people, El Paso is so Rude, they said they would be out in an hour,well 6 hours Later @ 110 Degrees we called our own tow truck, that's when SMILEY"S Towing out of El Paso showed uo Also and told "our" guy to take the F*%King truck down, Because it was Stolen,well having my Family down in Cruces, and KNOWING that it wasn't Stolen to Begin with, "our" guy towed it to the Hampton inn, well they Didn't put us up, at the best Western Like they would have everyone else,when we got there I was so Worked up at the lies that U-Haul had started, since the Truck break down was THEIR fault to Begin with, aand to Boot the truck didn't have DOT tags since 2000, my high Blood pressure Meds were Ruined, and Now Smiley's was BACK TRACKING-after threating to call the State police and have me put in Jail, I suffered a Heart attack at age 39,RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY FAMILY, AND A WHOLE LOT OF GUESTS, we were "stuck" in Las Cruces for day's this "prick" Bryan from EL PASO U-HAUL said the only way we could get a "new" truck was to RELEASE THEM against a Lawsuit,NO WAY, he said then I guess it'll happen when you run out of Money, SINCE HE CALLED EVERY U-HAUL DEALER FOR 100 Miles and told them NOT to rent to us,I'm not EVER going to be the same,my Autisic Children have PTSD,and ask me every nite if I'm going to be here in the Morning, all of our Belongings were "RUINED" and they Lied all the U-Haul people to cover there ass, and Denied all the Claims/stating that the truck was in great working order when we rented it, and we even have proof that the first guy stated that the truck should have never been rented, good ole Republic Western insurance in FT WORTH,TEXAS.GO BUDGET,PENSKE,OR MAYFLOWER, BUT DON'T GO U-HAUL,the same Autisic child that was with me had his HEAD CRUSHED BY A CART AT U-HAUL IN DANVILLE VIRGINIA two years before that,and they still are F&*KING him around, BEWARE OF THE DAY'S OF OLD WHEN ABC DID A STORY ON THIS EXACT TYPE OF THING TRUCKS AND TRAILERS RENTED WHEN THE DON'T PASS INSPECTION, PIECES OF TIRES MISSING,BAD OR NO BRAKES, HOLES IN THE ROOF AND FLOOR, AND NO MAINTENANCE ON THE TRUCK MOTORS,U-HAUL SHOULD BE BROUGHT UP ON RICO CHARGES,ALL THE WANT IS THE MONEY,AND THEY DON'T CARE IF YOU GET HURT OR KILLED, THANKS TO U-HAUL MY FAMILY AND THEIR DOG IS DYING,AND MY SON AND I HAVE OVEREXPOSURE TO CANCER CAUSING CHEMS, THE ANTI FREEZE AND THE OIL @ 300 DEGREES FILLED THE CAB AND WE WERE LUCKY TO GET IT OFF THE ROAD WITH OUT ROLLING IT WITH THE TRAILER AND THE TRUCK COMBINED,AND THEY DON'T CARE BEWARE/BEWARE/BEWARE, THE NEXT THING YOU RENT FROM U-HAUL MIGHT KILL YOU TOO,EITHER FAST OR SLOW (LIKE US)
