Whether it’s your first time winemaking or you’ve been making wine for years, you ‘re bound to have fun and make some really good wine. Join us for a fun-filled winemaking adventure in the rolling vineyards of the Lemon Creek Winery in Michigan. The seminar starts on the trip to the vineyard with films & lectures by Greg Fischer. The learning experience continues at the vines and throughout the day. We’ll travel roundtrip via luxury motor coach , pick grapes, have a wonderful catered lunch, sample our homemade wines & other beverages, taste Lemon Creek Winery’s offerings, crush and press our grapes using the winery’s equipment and still have time to explore, pick fruit, goof off or relax in the lush vineyards of Southwestern Michigan. No winemaking experience is necessary as Bev -Art will ferment the wine in our temperature controlled cellars and when ready, you will bottle your very own 2 cases or more of wine. (24 bottles) at Bev Art Brewer & Winemaker Supply.
Picking - You may pick as many grapes as you would like. Minimums of 70 to 80 lbs of grapes need to be picked to make two cases of wine. Most people can pick much more in less than an hour.
