Nurses Advocacy Movement

This organization has been formed to address issues and problems relevant to the nursing profession. We would like to make you aware of what we believe to are a few major problems helped to cause the nursing shortage.


1) Unsafe working conditions resulting from poor nurse-patient ratios

2) Inadequate salaries and benefits

3) Constant subliminal threat loss of employment

4) Ever increasing demands and responsibilities put upon nurses as they practice daily

5) Long shift without adequate break time that is require by law


We believe the current proposal by your administration to recruit candidates into nursing over looks the problems why nursing has a shortage. We welcome the opportunity to discuss with you these issues in order. We wish to bring about a dialogue to find a solution to the nursing crisis now!
