Chatham Block Parent Program

Mission Statement:
The Mission of the Block Parent Program is to provide immediate assistance through a safety network and to offer supportive community education programs.

The Goals of the Block Parent Program are:
* to increase the number of Block Parent Homes across the City of
Chatham;
* to educate the public on issues such as child safety and the
benefits of the Block Parent Program;
* to cultivate our relationship with police, educators, social agencies and government departments; and
* to provide information on the Block Parent Program and give advice to others on related issues
