Welcome to SeekOn Free User Web Sites.
SeekOn and Azinet LLC are providing a service whereby users may obtain a free web site hosted by SeekOn. Your use of this service requires that you agree to and follow the following Terms and Conditions:
1. CONTENT
All materials and information posted by users on user web sites are the responsibility of the users. SeekOn does not control this content and has no responsibility for veracity, accuracy, or suitability of user provided content. Likewise, user web sites may provide links to other web sites outside of SeekOn for which SeekOn has no responsibility or control.
As a user, you agree not to use the service to transmit content that is illegal, promotes illegal activities, or is abusive, harassing, or offensive.
Ownership of any content posted by a user on a user web site remains with that user. User agrees that SeekOn may post a public directory linking to user web sites. User shall not use SeekOn user web sites to post material considered by the user to be sensitive, or which , if disclosed, would cause harm to the user or any person or organization.
Users agree not to create multiple SeekOn user web sites containing substantially the same information.
Users agree not to create SeekOn user web sites whose sole or primary purpose is to promote another of the user's web sites.
SeekOn will delete user web sites for which the user has not provided content within a reasonable period.
2. ADVERTISING
SeekOn may place advertising such as banner ads on user web pages. Users have no right to compensation for advertising placed by SeekOn other than the provision of the service itself.
3. SUITABILITY OF SERVICE and LIABILITY LIMITATION
The SeekOn user web site service is provided on an "as-is" basis and is not guaranteed to be suitable for any purpose. Users should keep back up copies of any materials posted on SeekOn as SeekOn is not responsible for loss or damage to any posted information. SeekOn may interrupt, discontinue, or modify the service or these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. SeekOn shall not be liable for any damages resulting from user's use of the service. SeekOn may withdraw the use of the service from any user who violates these Terms and Conditions or for any reason.
