February 1990 to June 1997, Texas Real Estate Counselors and The Smith Company, 110 Wild Basin Road, Suite 290, Austin, Texas - Worked as an appraiser and broker specializing in litigation support for private landowners and government entities in condemnation proceedings and other litigation support roles. Also performed appraisals for a variety of institutional clients, corporations and individuals. A wide variety of properties were either appraised or brokered. January 1970 to February 1983, S.L. Smith Farms, Farmer and rancher on a large scale family farm in South Texas. Assisted with the production and management of +\- 1,000 acres of irrigated farmland.
