Sigma Sigma Sigma Sorority
I am a member of Sigma Sigma Sigma sorority. I joined at Southeastern Louisiana University. I have earned my 25 year membership pin. I think the sorority does wonderful charity work.
Robbie was the son of a past president of the sorority who died in 1950 from polio. We not only support this charity, but also the Ronald McDonald houses. This is a photo of Robbie Page.
In 1998 we celebrated 100 years. We were excited and still are. We are one of two sororities on our original campus that has been in continuous operation since inception. The other two have closed down on campus.
Please go to Sigma Sigma Sigma National Site to learn more about us.
We love our sisters and our communities that we live in. We love giving back to those who have given to us or to those that need us.
Some of our symbols are as follows: The skull and crossbones:; the pearl:
; the sail boat:
; and the violet is our flower.
